Wrong Order EVERY Time

I've had the worst experience with Drizly. I've ordered twice and sent as gifts, and both times the order was wrong. They also only have email as an option for customer service, so you have to wait hours or a day to reach someone. The first time, they offered a super basic promo code to reorder. I decided to try them again and an entirely different brand/level of product was sent. And they refuse a refund unless the person can return the gift. How would you even ask someone to return a gift? Definitely never ordering from here again. Please trust the negative reviews, they're true!

I wouldn't even give it a star

I wouldn't even give it a star. Worst worst delivery app ever! I had to go a pick up my own order from the store. I get a text 35mins after ordering that the liquor store was running behind, fine that's ok another 1 and half go by and Nothing. I call the liquor store, the lady answered the phone and i explained myself she had said the order had been ready since 245p (5mins after I ordered) and she thought it was weird that no one had picked it up. I had emailed them twice and no response!!! And yes drizzly I am a verified customer order#19154986. Look it up. I need a refund asap

This is the worst company I have ever…

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any regard that is customer-facing, full stop. You receive responses from customer service that indicates something is happening and then nothing ever does. I have had 3 cata strophic failures with them. I blame myself for using the 3rd time. Right now I'm just out $134 while I will wait for credit card company to return funds. But no answer from multiple inquiries to support
at drizly.com. I seriously wonder if this is an actual business or just some sort of fraud. RUN away. SAUCEY or nothing I guess. what ajoke

I do not recommend.

Placed an order for nearly $2000 including a bottle of 30-year-old single malt whisky. As soon as I placed the order, my money vanished and they canceled my order. I emailed support and all I got told is their processor declined the charge (money still gone) and it will be 2-5 business days before I get my thousands of dollars back.
It seems they review bot their own website, hundreds of pages of nothing but 5-star reviews, most are 2-3 words. Their Facebook ad however reveals a number of negative experiences. Do yourselves a favor, find some other service, get it yourself, or find a sober friend!

Order placed and confirmed but never…

Order placed and confirmed but never arrived. Had to contact customer support with slow response and no resolution. The order was for a client for a virtual welcome toast, which now was completely ruined.

Worst delivery service ever still have…

Worst delivery service ever still have not received my order yet it has been almost 3 hours
I placed the order at 8 p.m. my order was supposed to arrive at 9 p.m. it is 10:45 p.m. and I am still waiting on my order I have contacted customer support numerous times included my phone number I've even replied to the automated messages and still my order has not arrived this is the third order i have placed and the last 2 months and H time my order does not arrive on time and they're constantly saying that and they always want to offer $5 credit that is accredited to the account no one has yet to call me back and this is my second review I placed a review over an hour ago and for some reason it is not on here they have the worst customer service ever and in my opinion if you want your order delivered place your order 5 hours ahead of time

Order never arrived, no support from Drizzly

I don't know what is up with Drizly. I ordered a delivery on a Saturday afternoon. The delivery was scheduled for 10-11pm. That didn't happen. The delivery ETA then was automatically changed to Sunday from 10-11am. Then suddenly the ordered was simply listed as "Delivered". I have submitted several support tickets with them about this, and only heard back once. They asked me if I lived in a condo building where it may have been left with the front desk or something. I replied that this was to a house. At this point it has almost been a week and there has been no progress made. Does anybody work at Drizly? Submitting a claim to my credit card company as promised because no one is dealing with it.

**UPDATE** Drizly reached out to me directly and has completely fixed the issue. I learned that we are only at the mercy of the local liquor store. I am happy to say this is not a scam and the drizly customer service team is outstanding and very responsive. Thanks!**
This is a scam. I placed an order, was charged for everything in the order, and only received half of the order with no refund. On top of not receiving my items, there was a delivery fee+ tip where at the end of the day that doubles my loss. I will never use this service again. I do not recommend this service. Just go to the store yourself.

Buyer Beware

I used Drizly to gift a bottle of champagne to my friend in another state for her birthday. I placed the order on Saturday. Today is Monday and although I have an Order #, I am still awaiting my email confirmation, as is the recipient. I sent Drizly an email one hour after purchase and after my card was charged the fee, plus delivery fee, tip, and also a separate $1.99 fee by Drizly, but still no response. I also called the store who was supposed to make the delivery WITHIN AN HOUR OF PURCHASE but they said they could not do anything without a confirmation from Drizly and to contact them. Drizly's Customer Service is non-responsive. User/ Buyer Beware!

Order status was “complete” but it hadn’t arrived

Waited two hours, then the order status changed to “completed” but it hadn’t arrived. I called the liquor store and they said no one had come to pick it up, and they were, thankfully, very accommodating. Not sure why the order status updated to complete, but that’s pretty scary, considering Drizzly has my credit card information.
